6” cake serves about 6-12 pax

Here’s a guide for how many pax you can serve. Number of servings depends on how big of a slice you cut. Eg A pax of 7 people you may cut your 6” cake in 10 slices

For guests that require a second serving can be served with the remaining 3 pieces.

Put the cake on a flat surface. If you are unable to get a flat surface use a book to elevate until you are able to lay it flat.  This prevents the cake from sliding. Make sure the interior of the car is cool to prevent melting.

In Singapore weather you can display about 30 mins in room temp before you start to see the cake becomes watery. Always store your cake in the fridge.

We use Halal ingredients for baking. Our bakery does not use our kitchen for other purposes. Utensils are only used for baking. Do take note some cake designs have alcohol bottles which we use for decoration.

If unsure do check with our customer service.

We provide a plastic knife and one candle. Some cake designs are not suited to put on many candles, the heat from the candles may affect the decorations.

Display pictures on our website are for reference only. Do note that products are handmade and will not look exactly the same as the picture. The colour of the cake may appear different depending on the monitor screen. Colours are hand mixed; we ensure colour is close to the reference.

Delivery time is from 10.30am-6.30pm

If you require a different timing do check with us charges may apply for certain timings. For delivery location in CBD Tuas or Sentosa there will be additional charge of $5

Delivery man are able to wait 10 mins at most as they have other place to deliver. After 10 mins the cake will be placed at the doorstep. We are not responsible for the condition of the item.

Do inform us your order number for cancellation.

If your delivery/collection date is more than 7 days away from the cancellation date, The amount you have paid will be converted into credits for future purchases.

If your delivery/collection date is less than 7 days – There will be a 50% cancellation charge and 50% credited for your future purchases with us.

For orders 3 days or less before delivery date – there is a 100% cancellation charge.

Nevertheless, we understand every situation is different and we’ll do our best to help.

Important to check the cake when you receive it. Do inform us immediately and take a picture.
